There is a bold black bow with the signature gold heart charm that sits at the waist. Fully lined with a zip fastening at the back. The matching top is a long sleeve, black, soft cotton jersey, with statement cuffs of layers of frothy tulle frills, finished with the signature bow and gold heart charm. This top can be worn underneath the dress or on its own.
