String of Hearts Pair

String of Hearts - Ceropegia Woodii
Bring a lot of love into your home with our String of Hearts Pair. This beautiful trailing plant has very pretty heart-shaped foliage, hence it's name. Sit them together or spread around the house, keep one and gift one - you decide!

Native to South Africa, Swaziland and Zimbabwe, the String of Hearts is surprisingly hardy and easy to care for. A low maintenance houseplant that is good for new plant parents, this plant looks gorgeous styled on a bookcase or shelf.
